High potential niches constitute the company’s core business. In order to capitalize on its investments, MMC has built up experience in specific segments.

MMC’s objective is to identify opportunities with substantial potential for growth and provide high returns on investments. Identifying local experienced partners with excellent reputations is paramount in the success of our investments. MMC relies on these partners to identify opportunities that might not be available to the general market, coordinate its political aspects and abide by regulatory obligations. In the same manner that investors make an equity contribution to projects, a significant co-investment is required from our partners who engage in joint-ventures. This assures that the interest of our investors and local partners are aligned.

Our activities include the creation, structuring and management of high liquidity real estate developments. We believe that local knowledge and partnerships, when combined with financial expertise and business acumen, are unique resources that lead to success in their respective markets.

  • 25 years experience in corporate and real estate finance.
  • Former Financial Director of Accor Group in South America: managed over 30 hotels/year.
  • Led Brazil’s largest renovation project of all time (R$1 billion), as well as other high-end projects in France (including the Royal Monceau Palace, Hôtel de Pourtalès).
  • Holds a MA from HEC Paris and MBA from Insead, in France.
